By enrolling in and participating in this Align Program (“Program”) offered by Ruby Grace Wellness and Ruby Jusas, MS, CNS, CDN (“Company”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Voluntary Participation and Assumption of Risk

I consent to participate voluntarily in this Health and Wellness Coaching Program (“Align Program”), recognizing that it may involve inherent risks. I expressly assume these risks and take full responsibility for my life, health, well-being, and all decisions made before, during, and after the Program.

I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings and to follow any instructions given by Certified Nutrition Specialist & Health Coach, Ruby Jusas MS, CNS, CDN.

Nature of the Program and Medical Disclaimer

I understand that:

  • The Program provides educational content related to weight loss, hormones, lifestyle, nutrition, and overall wellness.

  • The Program is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by my physician, therapist, psychiatrist, dietitian, or any licensed health care professional.

  • Ruby Jusas is a board-certified nutrition specialist with a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition. She is not a licensed medical doctor or mental health provider and is acting solely as a coach, educator, and guide.

All information, including dietary and supplement recommendations, is intended for informational purposes and is not medical advice. There is no guarantee or warrantee of specific results, and outcomes may vary significantly between participants.

Responsibility for Health Decisions

I agree to:

  • Seek advice from my physician or other qualified health care provider regarding any medical concerns, pregnancy, allergies, dietary restrictions, or medications.

  • Not disregard professional medical advice or delay consulting my provider.

  • Consult my physician before making any major changes in diet, lifestyle, or supplements.

  • Disclose to Ruby Jusas in advance any known allergies, health conditions, or physical limitations that may affect participation.

  • Inform Ruby Jusas immediately if any adverse symptoms or concerns arise during the Program.

I understand that the Program may include recommendations such as, but may not be limited to:

  • Herbal supplements

  • Meditation and stress reduction

  • Journaling and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

  • Food modifications

  • Physical activity (stretching, strength training, posture, and cardiovascular exercises)

These recommendations are voluntary, and I accept full responsibility for choosing to follow them. I understand there are risks associated with exercise, supplements, and lifestyle changes—including, but not limited to, injury, abnormal blood pressure, or in rare cases, heart attack or death. All guidance is provided with my safety in mind, and every effort is made to minimize risks.

Confidentiality

Any personal information, including medical history and coaching session details, will be kept confidential and will not be shared without my written consent, except as required by law or in collaboration with my health care providers.

Liability Release

I hereby release, discharge, and waive all claims against Ruby Jusas and Ruby Grace Wellness from any liability, damages, causes of action, or demands that may arise from my participation in this Program—now or in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, illness, injury, or other issues resulting from participation.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. By enrolling in the Program, I acknowledge that there are no refunds or exchanges, regardless of my participation level, experience, or results. I accept this policy as part of the terms of service.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Program—including but not limited to coaching materials, images, recipes, and handouts—is the exclusive property of Ruby Grace Wellness and is protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Program materials without prior written permission from Ruby Grace Wellness.

Acknowledgment and Consent

I acknowledge that:

  • I have carefully read this document in its entirety.

  • I understand and voluntarily accept the risks, policies, and terms outlined above.

  • By agreeing to participate in the Program, I knowingly and voluntarily surrender certain legal rights.
